Initial Review

Initial organisation, systems & process review – review your organisation structure, management systems, existing bid management system and previous submissions.

Bid Coordination & Tender submission

  1. If required, prepare and submit a pre-tender Expression of Interest (EOI) response.
  2. Manage any or all phases of the bid or tender process including, but limited to:
    • initial tender briefing and /or site visit,
    • developing the bid planning strategy,
    • identification, sourcing, evaluation and selection of the appropriate tender suppliers and subcontractors,
    • engagement of and sourcing all specialist elements,
    • detailed cost plans including tender estimates, quantity surveying & bill of quantities,
    • construction programs /gantt chart / flow charts – MS project/excel,
    • executive summaries & sectional content development,
    • organisational charts,
    • company profiles & key personnel.

Articulating responses to:

  • occupational health and safety,
  • quality assurance,
  • environmental management,
  • compiling the bid structure including final document outlay,
  • submission review and lodgement,
  • tender negotiations during formal short listing,
  • provide guided advice during short listing and bid or tender elevation,
  • attendance at tender interviews, bid or tender debriefs,
  • provide follow up advice.
